Strong cold air conditioner. 2 four ft. double florescent lights inside. 5 lights outside (green, blue, brown, gray, white, black, ) Red roof. Floor is done in hardwood look vinyl. Has complete plumbing ( sinks, faucet, sprayer,fresh and gray tanks, and hot water tank). Complete electrical thru out( 100 amp service box, 15 receps inside so you can add lots of equipment if you choose, 2 light switches....one for inside lights one for outside lights). Equipped with a 2 group espresso machine, 2 grinders, 2 smoothie blenders, frozen drink machines, chest freezer, under counter refrigerator, and CD stereo sound system. You can also have your Espresso Drive Thru custom built and add or remove any equipment you want..
